Godwin Kingsley FIMC, CMC is a business, leadership and development expert. He is the Lead Consultant at Seal Resource Firm. He is also a Faculty Associate at Graduate School of Leadership and Management United Kingdom, and Member of Faculty at Mastermind Business School with centers in UK, Dubai and Singapore. Godwin is also the founder of World Impact Development Foundation (WIDEF), and Country Representative for Youth Organization for the European and African Union.
In the past, He worked as the Regional Program Officer of the West Africa Civil Society Forum (WACSOF), where he collaborated with government officials, civil society and development partners such as European Union, ECOWAS, Ford Foundation, Plan International, Oxfam and Action Aid in shaping key regional and national policies aimed at socio-economic development, inclusive democracy and governance, youth and women empowerment.
He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) of the International Council for Managing Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), and Fellow of the institute of Management Consultants. He is also a fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative, Regional Leadership Center Emerging Leaders Program, an African Change Makers Fellow and a Member of the World Economic Forum, Global Shaper Community, Abuja Hub.
Godwin has earned a Bachelor of Education Degree in Social Studies from University of Abuja. He is certified in the Building a Business Course by Santa Clara University, California, Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship; certified Human Resource and Strategic Planning by the US Small Business Administration and also certified in the USAID Leadership, Management and Governance Project among several others.
Godwin Kingsley has appeared on major media platforms such as the Nigerian Television Authority, African Independent Television and TVC. He has been a columnist for Business Review Africa and YALI Network.
Godwin Kingsley is a recipient of the Transformers Hub International Award for phenomenal impact and contribution towards transforming lives and empowering communities in Africa and beyond.
He is also a recipient of the Uni-Caribbean Business School ‘‘International African Quality Award’’ for contribution to human capital development, a recipient of the National Unity Merit Awards for commitment to Nation Building and a recipient of the Young World Leaders for Humanity, Young World Leaders Award among several others.
